Description

Delight in these warm and fluffy Air Fryer Cinnamon Donuts, lightly coated in cinnamon-sugar, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar & 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for coating)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the whole milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
  4. Lightly grease your hands and shape about a tablespoon of the batter into small balls (about 16 total).
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
  6. Arrange the dough balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Brush each donut bite with melted butter and toss in cinnamon-sugar to coat.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
