- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar & 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for coating)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for brushing)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the whole milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
- Lightly grease your hands and shape about a tablespoon of the batter into small balls (about 16 total).
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Arrange the dough balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Brush each donut bite with melted butter and toss in cinnamon-sugar to coat.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
