Description

Delicious Apple Fritter Bites infused with tender apples and fluffy dough, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until well blended.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just combined, then gently fold in the diced apples.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of the batter into the hot oil; fry a few at a time.
  6. Cook until golden brown on all sides, turning occasionally.
  7. Remove the fritters using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
