Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the produce: Wash and dry tomatoes and cucumbers. Chop tomatoes into roughly 1-inch pieces and dice cucumbers into similar-sized cubes. Thinly slice the red onion.
  2. Combine the base: In a large bowl, add the chopped tomatoes, diced cucumbers, sliced olives, and red onion. Toss lightly to mix.
  3. Add the feta: Crumble the feta over the vegetables using your fingers.
