Description

Deliciously flaky crescent rolls filled with crispy bacon, creamy scrambled eggs, and gooey cheese – the perfect breakfast treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preference)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  3. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough into triangles.
  5. Place a slice of bacon, a spoonful of scrambled eggs, and cheese on each triangle.
  6. Roll them up from the wide end, tucking in the edges to seal.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute bacon with turkey bacon or add veggies to the filling.
