- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 6 slices of bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preference)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy; drain on paper towels.
- Scramble the eggs in the same skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough into triangles.
- Place a slice of bacon, a spoonful of scrambled eggs, and cheese on each triangle.
- Roll them up from the wide end, tucking in the edges to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute bacon with turkey bacon or add veggies to the filling.
