- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until well mixed.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the banana combination and stir gently until just combined.
- Pour oil into a deep saucepan and heat it over medium heat to around 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully drop tablespoons of the batter into the oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
- Fry each donut hole for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Remove them carefully using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Dust the warm donut holes with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
