Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed vanilla wafers and banana pudding mix in a medium bowl.
  2. Pour in the milk and mix until combined and thickened.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
  5. Scoop small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
  7. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  8. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and coat evenly.
  9. Place on a parchment-lined tray and decorate with sprinkles.
  10. Chill until the chocolate is set, then serve.
