- 1 cup hot water (not boiling)
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Pour the hot water into a heat-safe bowl.
- Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin evenly over the water and let it sit for 1 minute.
- Stir gently until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Whisk in the protein powder slowly, stirring continuously.
- Pour the mixture into small silicone molds or a shallow dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Once set, cut into small cubes or portions.
Notes
Store the gelatin cubes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. They can also be layered with fresh fruit for added flavor.
