Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of cold water into a medium-sized bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over the surface. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Heat the sugar-free fruit juice in a pot over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm juice and stir until completely dissolved.
- If using, mix in the collagen powder, natural sweetener, and lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or cups and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set.
