- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices American cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup sliced pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Press the beef mixture into a greased baking dish in a single, flat layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the beef is fully cooked.
- Remove the beef from the oven and drain any excess grease.
- Cut the beef into squares that align with the size of your slider buns.
- Place a square of beef on each bottom bun and layer a slice of cheese on top, returning to the oven until the cheese melts.
- Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the top buns.
- Assemble the sliders by adding lettuce and pickles atop the beef and cheese, and cap with the top bun.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
