Description

Delicious Big Mac Sliders that blend classic flavors with a modern twist, perfect for parties or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Press the beef mixture into a greased baking dish in a single, flat layer.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the beef is fully cooked.
  5. Remove the beef from the oven and drain any excess grease.
  6. Cut the beef into squares that align with the size of your slider buns.
  7. Place a square of beef on each bottom bun and layer a slice of cheese on top, returning to the oven until the cheese melts.
  8. Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the top buns.
  9. Assemble the sliders by adding lettuce and pickles atop the beef and cheese, and cap with the top bun.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make-ahead Tip: Prepare the beef mixture a day in advance. Store it in the fridge and bake it when ready to serve.
