Ingredients

- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 4 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, gently rinsed
- 6 slices bacon (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp honey for drizzling
- Fresh herbs for garnish (like thyme or cilantro)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Halve the jalapeño peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Brie cheese, cream cheese, and blueberries. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each halved jalapeño with the cheese and blueberry mixture.
- If desired, wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a piece of bacon.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy the sweet and spicy flavor!
Notes
Chill the filling if possible to keep the berries intact. Use gloves when handling jalapeños to protect your skin.
