Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 jalapeño peppers
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, gently rinsed
  • 6 slices bacon (optional)
  • 12 tbsp honey for drizzling

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Halve the jalapeño peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Brie cheese, cream cheese, and blueberries. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stuff each halved jalapeño with the cheese and blueberry mixture.
  5. If desired, wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a piece of bacon.
  6. Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
  8. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy the sweet and spicy flavor!

Notes

Chill the filling if possible to keep the berries intact. Use gloves when handling jalapeños to protect your skin.
