Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Butter or cooking spray for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined.
  4. Pour half of the pancake batter into the greased dish.
