Instructions
- In a bowl, spread the softened cream cheese with blueberries and sugar, blending until luscious.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Take two slices of bread and spread the blueberry cream cheese mixture between them to create a sandwich.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully dip the stuffed bread into the egg mixture, letting it soak just enough.
- Place the bread in the skillet, cooking until golden brown on both sides (about 2-3 minutes per side).
