Description

A festive twist on the classic shake, combining creamy vanilla ice cream, Bailey’s Irish Cream, and refreshing peppermint for a delightful treat perfect for St. Patrick’s Day.


Ingredients

  • 2 Cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ Cup plus 1 Teaspoon Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • ¼ Cup milk
  • ½ Teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 3 Drops green food coloring
  • ½ Cup whipping cream
  • ¼ Cup icing sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons green sanding sugar
  • 1 Wedge lemon
  • ¼ Cup Lucky Charms marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glasses: Rub a lemon wedge along the rim of serving glasses and dip the rim into sanding sugar.
  2. Blend the Ingredients: Combine ice cream, ½ cup Bailey’s Irish Cream, milk, and peppermint extract in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Color It Green: Add drops of green food coloring and blend lightly to combine.
  4. Pour It In: Pour the shake into the prepared glasses.
  5. Whip the Cream: In a cold bowl, combine whipping cream, 1 teaspoon Bailey’s Irish Cream, and icing sugar; whip until soft peaks form.
  6. Crown with Cream and Marshmallows: Top the shake with whipped cream, Lucky Charms marshmallows, and a sprinkle of sanding sugar.
