- ½ Cup plus 1 Teaspoon Bailey’s Irish Cream

- 3 Drops green food coloring
- ½ Cup whipping cream

- 2 Tablespoons green sanding sugar
- 1 Wedge lemon
- ¼ Cup Lucky Charms marshmallows
Instructions
- Prepare the Glasses: Rub a lemon wedge along the rim of serving glasses and dip the rim into sanding sugar.
- Blend the Ingredients: Combine ice cream, ½ cup Bailey’s Irish Cream, milk, and peppermint extract in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Color It Green: Add drops of green food coloring and blend lightly to combine.
- Pour It In: Pour the shake into the prepared glasses.
- Whip the Cream: In a cold bowl, combine whipping cream, 1 teaspoon Bailey’s Irish Cream, and icing sugar; whip until soft peaks form.
