Ingredients
2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
½ cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp water
For Garnish
Fresh rosemary sprigs
Fresh cranberries
Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
1. Prep the Oven & Pan (≈ 5 minutes)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place a 4-inch oven-safe bowl in the center of the baking sheet to guide the wreath shape.
2. Prepare the Pastry (≈ 5 minutes)

Lightly roll out the puff pastry sheets.

Cut each sheet into 8 long triangles, creating 16 total.
3. Form the Wreath 🎄 (≈ 8 minutes)

Arrange pastry triangles in a circle around the bowl, wide ends overlapping in the center and pointed ends facing outward, forming a sunburst.

On the overlapping wide ends, add:

a few Brie cubes
