Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar (for cheesecake)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 large Egg (for cheesecake)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter and sugar together in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Allow it to cool slightly before adding the eggs, then whisk in one at a time.
  4. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt until just mixed.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips and set aside.
  6. Beat the cream cheese in another bowl until smooth.
  7. Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
  8. Mix in the egg until incorporated without overmixing.
