Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Spread mini pretzels evenly across the prepared sheet.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt together butter and brown sugar. Bring to a gentle boil and let bubble for 3–4 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and baking soda.
- Pour the hot toffee mixture over the pretzels and use a spatula to toss and coat them evenly.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring the pretzels every 15 minutes for even coating and crispness.
- Remove from oven and let pretzels cool completely before breaking apart into clusters or individual pieces.
- Sprinkle with sea salt, drizzle with melted chocolate, or add holiday sprinkles while still slightly warm for festive flair.
