Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed Cadbury mini eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and smooth—about 2–3 minutes.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed Cadbury mini eggs, reserving some for topping.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden while the centers still look soft.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 3–5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
