- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly blended.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to medium-high (around 350°F).
- Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring a thorough coating.
- Carefully place the coated chicken into the hot oil and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken fries, prepare the aioli by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Drain the fried chicken on paper towels and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Spread garlic aioli on the bottom half of each brioche bun. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy chicken. Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
