Description

A festive treat combining the flavors of apple juice, Fireball whiskey, and peppermint to create delightful gummies perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup Fireball whiskey
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Red and white candy cane pieces for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the apple juice and Fireball whiskey. Heat over medium heat until warm, but not boiling.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin over the warm liquid and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Add the sugar and peppermint extract, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into gummy bear molds or a small square pan.
  5. Refrigerate for about 120-180 minutes until set.
  6. Once set, remove from molds and optionally roll in crushed candy cane pieces for a festive touch. Serve and enjoy your holiday treat!
