- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand, then press firmly into a lined 9×13-inch pan.
- Make the filling by beating cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth, then incorporating eggs one at a time, finally adding vanilla extract.
- Fold in ricotta and mini chocolate chips carefully.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the edges set and the center has a gentle jiggle.
- Cool completely at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Serve with powdered sugar dusting on top.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese. Add almond extract for extra flavor.
