- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl until mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the greased pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in another bowl until smooth; gradually add sugar and mix until combined.
- Incorporate in the vanilla extract, then mix in the eggs one at a time.
- Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon, distributing evenly.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl gently.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
