Description

Delightful cheesecake bars featuring a creamy apple filling and a luscious caramel drizzle, perfect for any gathering or cozy night.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups peeled and chopped apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; mix until coated and press into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon until combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake mixture and swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until edges are set with a slight jiggle in the center.
  8. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, and garnish with fresh apple slices or chopped nuts.
