- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups peeled and chopped apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; mix until coated and press into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake mixture and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until edges are set with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, and garnish with fresh apple slices or chopped nuts.
