Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Make the batter: In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Incorporate the creamy components: Add softened cream cheese and sour cream, blending until fluffy and free of lumps.
  5. Fold in the caramel sauce and chocolate chips with a rubber spatula.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust, spreading evenly.
