- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Make the batter: In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Incorporate the creamy components: Add softened cream cheese and sour cream, blending until fluffy and free of lumps.
- Fold in the caramel sauce and chocolate chips with a rubber spatula.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve with an extra drizzle of caramel sauce over each slice.
Notes
