Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch pan. Whisk melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined. Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick shows moist crumbs. Cool completely, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until creamy. Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- In a trifle bowl or large glass dish, layer brownie cubes, cheesecake cream, and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cheesecake cream on top.
- Top with extra whipped topping, caramel drizzle, and optional chocolate shavings or toffee bits. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
