Description

Caramel Cheesecake Brownie Trifle Delight is a rich and creamy dessert featuring fudgy brownies, silky cheesecake cream, and luscious caramel sauce layered together in a stunning trifle.


Ingredients

  • 1¾ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs

  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1½ cups caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Extra whipped topping, for topping
  • Optional: chocolate shavings, toffee bits, or chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch pan. Whisk melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined. Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick shows moist crumbs. Cool completely, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until creamy. Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  3. In a trifle bowl or large glass dish, layer brownie cubes, cheesecake cream, and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cheesecake cream on top.
  4. Top with extra whipped topping, caramel drizzle, and optional chocolate shavings or toffee bits. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
