Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a round baking dish by greasing it with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Blend coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
  5. Create a water bath by placing the baking dish in a larger pan and filling it with water.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes until the center is set.
  7. Cool slightly in the dish before transferring to the refrigerator; chill for at least a few hours.
