Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a round baking dish by greasing it with butter or cooking spray.
- Blend coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
- Create a water bath by placing the baking dish in a larger pan and filling it with water.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until the center is set.
- Cool slightly in the dish before transferring to the refrigerator; chill for at least a few hours.
