- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 egg (beaten)
- Coarse salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square and drizzle with mustard and ketchup.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal securely.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with additional mustard or ketchup for dipping.
Notes
Customize the filling with chopped onions or jalapeños for added flavor. Also, these can be prepared ahead of time and frozen before baking.
