Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix – Instant
  • 2 cups cold milk – For mixing the pudding
  • 1 cup caramel sauce – Bottled or homemade
  • 1 cup whipped cream – Store-bought or homemade
  • ½ cup chocolate chips – Semi-sweet or milk chocolate (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts – For a salty crunch (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start with a layer of brownie bites at the bottom of your dish or cups.
  2. Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the brownies.
  3. Spoon chocolate pudding over the caramel, smoothing it out evenly.
  4. Add a layer of whipped cream on top.
  5. Repeat the layers once more, ending with whipped cream on top.
  6. Optional: Top with chocolate chips, nuts, extra caramel drizzle, or a pinch of sea salt for garnish.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes
