- 24 Rolo candies or 24 soft caramels or peanut butter centers (½ cup creamy peanut butter + 1 cup powdered sugar)
- 2 cups milk or dark chocolate melting wafers
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 24 mini pretzel twists
- Coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prep your workspace.
- If using Rolos or soft caramels, place them directly on the sheet. For peanut butter filling, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until thick, roll into 1-inch balls, and arrange on the sheet.
- Melt chocolate wafers with coconut oil in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until glossy and smooth.
- Dip each candy center into the melted chocolate using a fork, let excess drip, and place back on the parchment.
- Press one mini pretzel onto each chocolate-covered center while still soft.
- Drizzle extra chocolate over the tops for a pretty, indulgent finish.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt immediately for that perfect salty sparkle.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or let set at room temperature for 45–60 minutes.
