Description

Sweet, salty, crunchy, and perfectly chewy chocolate-covered pretzel caramel bites with a sprinkle of sea salt, perfect for holiday snacking.


Ingredients

  • 24 Rolo candies or 24 soft caramels or peanut butter centers (½ cup creamy peanut butter + 1 cup powdered sugar)
  • 2 cups milk or dark chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 24 mini pretzel twists
  • Coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prep your workspace.
  2. If using Rolos or soft caramels, place them directly on the sheet. For peanut butter filling, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until thick, roll into 1-inch balls, and arrange on the sheet.
  3. Melt chocolate wafers with coconut oil in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until glossy and smooth.
  4. Dip each candy center into the melted chocolate using a fork, let excess drip, and place back on the parchment.
  5. Press one mini pretzel onto each chocolate-covered center while still soft.
  6. Drizzle extra chocolate over the tops for a pretty, indulgent finish.
  7. Sprinkle coarse sea salt immediately for that perfect salty sparkle.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or let set at room temperature for 45–60 minutes.
