- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup cocoa powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crust by mixing chocolate graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a springform pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until creamy, then gradually add sour cream and heavy cream.
- Add cocoa powder and sugar, mixing until combined.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time on low speed.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 55-65 minutes until set.
- Cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
- Make the ganache by pouring hot heavy cream over chopped dark chocolate until smooth.
- Top the cooled cheesecake with chocolate ganache.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
