Deliciously soft and gooey Christmas Chocolate Chip Cookies that are perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- ½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup red and green M&Ms
- ⅓ cup red and green sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.
- In a medium bowl, sift or whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, use an electric mixer at medium speed to beat together the butter and sugars until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla, mixing on low speed until combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until just incorporated. Do not overmix.
- Add the chocolate chips and sprinkles, folding in the M&Ms gently without overmixing.
- Using an ice cream scoop or heaping tablespoon, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing 6 to 8 per pan.
- Bake cookies one sheet at a time until bottoms and edges are lightly browned and tops feel firm, about 8-10 minutes for small cookies and 10-13 minutes for large cookies.
- Let cookies cool for 5 minutes on baking sheets, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
