- Pinch of salt
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions
- Gather the softened cream cheese and finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the chopped dried cranberries, walnuts, minced parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Use a cookie scoop or your hands to scoop out portions of the mixture and shape them into balls.
- Roll each cheese ball in the finely chopped walnuts to completely coat them.
- Cover the serving platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
