Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar
  • ½ cup chopped dried cranberries
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped walnuts (mixed in)
  • ½ cup finely chopped walnuts (for coating)
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • Pinch of salt
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather the softened cream cheese and finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the chopped dried cranberries, walnuts, minced parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Use a cookie scoop or your hands to scoop out portions of the mixture and shape them into balls.
  4. Roll each cheese ball in the finely chopped walnuts to completely coat them.
  5. Cover the serving platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
