Description

A festive and delightful dessert that combines sweet and creamy flavors with a fruity twist, perfect for Christmas celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry mix only)
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 jar (10 oz) maraschino cherries, drained & halved
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Red & green sprinkles (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Cool Whip, dry vanilla pudding mix, and crushed pineapple with the juice. Stir until thick, creamy, and fully combined.
  2. Fold in maraschino cherries, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and nuts (if using). Mix gently to avoid crushing the fruit.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour so the mixture thickens and the marshmallows soften. Overnight chilling gives the best texture!
  4. Give the fluff a quick stir before serving. Add festive red & green sprinkles, extra cherries, or mini marshmallows on top.
