- 1 teaspoon Pure Peppermint Extract
- few drops Green Gel Food Coloring (optional)
- 15 Oreo Cookies
- a pinch Sea Salt
- 5 Chopped Oreo Cookies (for topping)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, ensuring it hangs over the edges.
- In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter over low heat, stirring for about 4-5 minutes until smooth.
- Once smooth, stir in pure peppermint extract, green gel food coloring, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Fold in half of the chopped Oreo cookies.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
- Press the reserved chopped Oreo pieces onto the surface, then refrigerate for at least 45 minutes until firm.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment, slice into squares, and serve.
