Ingredients

  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 0.5 cups Unsalted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Peppermint Extract
  • few drops Green Gel Food Coloring (optional)
  • 15 Oreo Cookies
  • a pinch Sea Salt
  • 5 Chopped Oreo Cookies (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, ensuring it hangs over the edges.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter over low heat, stirring for about 4-5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Once smooth, stir in pure peppermint extract, green gel food coloring, and a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Fold in half of the chopped Oreo cookies.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
  6. Press the reserved chopped Oreo pieces onto the surface, then refrigerate for at least 45 minutes until firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out using the parchment, slice into squares, and serve.
