Description

A creamy and festive fudge made with Mint Oreo cookies, perfect for Christmas indulgence.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 Mint Oreo Cookies
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon green food coloring
  • 1/3 cup red and green M&M’s

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 square pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Break or chop the Oreo cookies into small pieces.
  3. Add the white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 20 second bursts, stirring each time, until melted. It should take around 2 minutes.
  4. Stir well to ensure the white chocolate is melted. Stir in the vanilla and green food coloring. Mix until smooth.
  5. Fold in the Oreo pieces.
  6. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle the M&M candies over the top of the fudge and lightly press to help them adhere to the fudge.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  8. Lift the fudge from the baking dish by pulling up the parchment paper. Place on a cutting board and slice into squares.
