- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup red and green sprinkles
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients, including crushing the Oreo cookies and melting the butter.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form a sturdy crust.
- In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract into the cream cheese. Continue beating until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Add the mini marshmallows and half of the red and green sprinkles to the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared Oreo crust in the springform pan. Spread it evenly.
- Place the cheesecake in a preheated oven set to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 30 minutes.
- After baking, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional hour.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least four hours or overnight if possible.
