Description

A delightful mix of butter-flavored puffcorn drizzled with creamy white chocolate and adorned with colorful Christmas sprinkles, perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) bag butter-flavored puffcorn
  • 1½ cups white chocolate chips or 12 oz almond bark
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother melting)
  • ½1 cup Christmas nonpareil sprinkles (red, green & white)

Instructions

  1. Pour the puffcorn into a large mixing bowl and break apart any clumps so every piece gets coated.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate (or almond bark) with the coconut oil in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each round until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the puffcorn and gently toss using two spatulas until every piece is fully coated.
  4. Immediately sprinkle the red, green, and white nonpareils over the coated puffcorn and lightly toss so they stick perfectly.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it set for 10–15 minutes (or 5 minutes in the fridge).
