- 1 (8 oz) bag butter-flavored puffcorn
- 1½ cups white chocolate chips or 12 oz almond bark
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother melting)
- ½–1 cup Christmas nonpareil sprinkles (red, green & white)
Instructions
- Pour the puffcorn into a large mixing bowl and break apart any clumps so every piece gets coated.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate (or almond bark) with the coconut oil in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each round until completely smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the puffcorn and gently toss using two spatulas until every piece is fully coated.
- Immediately sprinkle the red, green, and white nonpareils over the coated puffcorn and lightly toss so they stick perfectly.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it set for 10–15 minutes (or 5 minutes in the fridge).
