Description

A delightful fusion of crispy churro and creamy cheesecake, enveloped in warm cinnamon and rich vanilla flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crescent roll dough on a clean surface, pressing seams together to create a solid sheet.
  3. Combine cream cheese, ¾ cup sugar, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl; mix until smooth.
  4. Press half of the dough into the bottom of a springform pan and the rest to line the sides.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the dough-lined pan.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the cheesecake and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the middle.
  8. Cool for an hour and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use pure vanilla extract. You can also customize with chocolate chips or whipped cream on top.
