- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crescent roll dough on a clean surface, pressing seams together to create a solid sheet.
- Combine cream cheese, ¾ cup sugar, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl; mix until smooth.
- Press half of the dough into the bottom of a springform pan and the rest to line the sides.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the dough-lined pan.
- Drizzle melted butter over the cheesecake and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the middle.
- Cool for an hour and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use pure vanilla extract. You can also customize with chocolate chips or whipped cream on top.
