Description

Delicious Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars with a soft, doughy interior and a creamy glaze—perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of cinnamon roll dough
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with flour or parchment paper.
  3. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the rolled dough.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter over the sugar mixture.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
  8. Cut the log into 1-2 inch thick bars and place in the baking pan.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  11. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bars.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using nuts or chocolate chips in the filling. These bars can also be made ahead and frozen.
