- 1 package of cinnamon roll dough (16 oz)
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup icing
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and cut into smaller pieces to arrange in the pan, creating a crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then incorporate the vanilla extract, sour cream, heavy cream, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely in the springform pan.
- Drizzle icing over the cheesecake before serving.
Notes
Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before slicing for cleaner cuts. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days or frozen for up to three months.
