Description

A healthy and satisfying bread made with cottage cheese and almond flour, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add cottage cheese, almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Grease a standard 9×5 inch bread pan.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Add herbs or cheese for additional flavor; store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
