- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, add cottage cheese, almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Grease a standard 9×5 inch bread pan.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Add herbs or cheese for additional flavor; store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
