Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it turns a delightful brown. Drain excess fat.
- Add black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well until combined and warmed through.
- Lower the heat, then add cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir gently until melted and creamy.
