Description

Cranberry Glazed Salmon is a delicious and juicy dish featuring salmon fillets glazed with a sweet and tangy cranberry sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange the salmon on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  5. Pour the cranberry sauce over the salmon, making sure it’s well coated.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional cranberries if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
