- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken pieces with salt and pepper for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown.

- Add Italian seasoning and return the cooked chicken to the skillet, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
