Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes until it becomes soft.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer until velvety.
- Incorporate the chopped jalapeños, shredded cheddar, and sour cream, folding gently.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, adjusting to taste.
- Chill for about an hour in the refrigerator to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve in a bowl with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or crackers.
Notes
You can prepare the dip a day ahead and store it in the fridge. For a warm dip, bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
