Ingredients
- Wonton wrappers
- Shredded chicken
- Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium heat and pour in enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom—about 1-2 inches deep.
- Press the wonton wrappers into taco-shaped molds.
- Add the wonton shells to the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the fried shells and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Combine shredded chicken with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Prepare the slaw by mixing shredded cabbage, carrots, and sliced green onions.
- Fill each crispy wonton shell with chicken and top with slaw and sweet chili sauce.
Notes
