- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix

- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs

- 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Chives or Green Onions
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Melted Butter
- 1 Lemon Wedge (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pound the chicken breasts to a uniform thickness.
- Combine the sour cream, dry onion soup mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast into the sour cream mixture.
- Spread Panko breadcrumbs on a separate plate and dredge each chicken breast in it.
- Place the coated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil or melted butter over the tops.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Optional: Squeeze fresh lemon juice before serving.
