Description

  • 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Chives or Green Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Melted Butter
  • 1 Lemon Wedge (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to a uniform thickness.
  3. Combine the sour cream, dry onion soup mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the sour cream mixture.
  5. Spread Panko breadcrumbs on a separate plate and dredge each chicken breast in it.
  6. Place the coated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Drizzle olive oil or melted butter over the tops.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Optional: Squeeze fresh lemon juice before serving.

Notes
