Description

A creamy and savory dip inspired by the iconic Big Mac, perfect for gatherings and game nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, seasoning it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned, then drain any excess grease.
  2. Transfer the cooked beef to the crockpot. Add cheeses, dill pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice. Stir well until everything is combined.
  3. Set your crockpot to LOW and cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once melted and gooey, switch to WARM. Serve directly from the crockpot.
  5. Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds, shredded lettuce, or additional pickles.

Notes

Make ahead by combining ingredients a day in advance and storing in the fridge overnight. Serve with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or sliders.
