Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, seasoning it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned, then drain any excess grease.
- Transfer the cooked beef to the crockpot. Add cheeses, dill pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice. Stir well until everything is combined.
- Set your crockpot to LOW and cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once melted and gooey, switch to WARM. Serve directly from the crockpot.
- Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds, shredded lettuce, or additional pickles.
Notes
Make ahead by combining ingredients a day in advance and storing in the fridge overnight. Serve with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or sliders.
