- 1 cup beef broth
- French rolls

Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast flat in your crockpot.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix generously over the meat, then pour in the beef broth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, until fork-tender.
- Shred the beef with two forks.
