- 1 package Cheddar Pierogies
- 2 cups Creamy Chicken Broth
- 1 lb Kielbasa, sliced
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Onion, diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Layer the cheddar pierogies at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Scatter the sliced kielbasa over the pierogies.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic evenly.
- Pour the chicken broth over the entire mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve hot with cheese bubbling on top.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken broth with vegetable broth and kielbasa with mushrooms or lentils.
