Ingredients

  • 1 package Cheddar Pierogies
  • 2 cups Creamy Chicken Broth
  • 1 lb Kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer the cheddar pierogies at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Scatter the sliced kielbasa over the pierogies.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic evenly.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the entire mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours.
  8. Serve hot with cheese bubbling on top.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken broth with vegetable broth and kielbasa with mushrooms or lentils.
