Description

Golden-brown beef sausages wrapped in flaky pastry, perfect for game day snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Beef Mini Sausages
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • Cheese (optional)
  • Mustard (for dipping)
  • Ketchup (for dipping)
  • Barbecue Sauce (optional)
  • Honey Mustard (optional)
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash, optional)
  • 1 tbsp Milk (for egg wash, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Unroll your puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into rectangles approximately 3×2 inches.
  4. Assemble the Pigs In A Blanket by placing a sausage at one end and adding cheese if desired.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly around the sausage until completely enclosed.
  6. Seal the edges gently by pressing them to secure the filling inside.
