- 1 sheet Puff Pastry
- Cheese (optional)
- Mustard (for dipping)
- Ketchup (for dipping)
- Barbecue Sauce (optional)
- Honey Mustard (optional)
- 1 Egg (for egg wash, optional)
- 1 tbsp Milk (for egg wash, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Unroll your puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the puff pastry into rectangles approximately 3×2 inches.
- Assemble the Pigs In A Blanket by placing a sausage at one end and adding cheese if desired.
- Roll the pastry tightly around the sausage until completely enclosed.
- Seal the edges gently by pressing them to secure the filling inside.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the wrapped sausages seam-side down.
- Add an egg wash or milk wash on the tops for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
